How to Manage Your Billing Information
If you're having trouble accessing your training, don't worry! Our system is designed to automatically attempt four payments within 14 days. However, if you lose access to your training, please do not attempt to repurchase the product. Instead, follow these simple steps to change your card details or pay for an overdue invoice.
Step 1: Access Your Account
To change your billing information, you'll need to access your account on the Launch You dashboard. To do this, click on the nine dots switcher on the top bar of your page. This will open a drop-down menu.
Step 2: Select "Account" and then "Billing"
From the drop-down menu, select "Account" and then "Billing." This will take you to the Billing page.
Step 3: Click on "Manage Billing"
On the Billing page, click on the "Manage Billing" button. This will take you to the Billing Management page.
Step 4: Scroll Down to "Invoices"
On the Billing Management page, scroll down until you see the "Invoices" section. This is where you can view and pay any outstanding invoices.
Step 5: Select the Invoice Date and Enter Payment Details
Find the invoice you wish to pay and click on the arrow next to the invoice date. This will expand the invoice and allow you to enter your payment details. Once you've entered your payment details, click "Submit" to complete the payment process.
Congratulations! You've successfully managed your billing information and paid any outstanding invoices.
