Can’t Make a Live Call? Here’s How to Ask a Mentor Your Question

If you’re unable to attend a scheduled live call or just need guidance between sessions, there are still several ways to get the support you need inside Launch You.

Depending on your membership level, you have access to different support options—group coaching calls, community Q&A, and 1:1 sessions with mentors.

Here’s how to get the right support for you:

🔁 Option 1: Join the Accelerate Group Coaching Calls

If you’re part of the Accelerate Membership, you have access to live group coaching calls multiple times per week. These are hosted by expert mentors and designed to help you implement, troubleshoot, and move forward.

Current Accelerate Call Schedule:

  • Monday: Business Foundations + Strategy, Brand & Traffic

  • Wednesday: Avatar, Tech Support, & Leads and Sales

  • Thursday: Offer & Website and Funnel

Even if you can’t attend every session, you’re encouraged to attend when possible and bring your questions to get real-time feedback.

💬 Option 2: Ask a Question in the Accelerate group inside the Mentors Community

If you can’t attend a live session, the Accelerate group is always available. It’s the best place to post questions and get mentor input when it fits your schedule.

In this space, you can:

  • Ask specific questions about your niche, offer, or funnel

  • Get feedback on messaging, positioning, or progress

  • Learn from questions asked by other Launchers

  • Stay engaged between calls

Mentors monitor this space regularly, and you’ll often receive responses within 24-48 hours on business days.

👤 Option 3: Book a One-on-One Session (If Available to You)

1:1 coaching sessions are available to members who have this benefit included in their plan. If you're eligible, you’ll see the option to book directly from the Mentors tab inside your Accelerate dashboard.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Mentors tab or click:
    👉 https://app.launchyou.com/accelerate/mentors

  2. Browse available mentor profiles

  3. Click “Book a Session” if your plan includes 1:1 access

📌 If you don’t see a booking option, it means your plan doesn’t include private sessions—but you still have full access to community Q&A and group coaching if you’re in Accelerate.
