Yes, training sessions are archived and recordings are made available through the Launch You training platform.

At Launch You, we understand that life can get busy and sometimes you may not be able to attend a training session. That's why we make sure to record all of our training sessions and make them available for you to access at any time.

Our training platform allows you to access all of our archived training sessions, so you can catch up on any sessions you may have missed or re-watch sessions to refresh your memory.

Accessing our archived training sessions is easy. Simply log into your Launch You account and navigate to the "Training Hub" section on the left top corner by clicking on the three horizontal lines next to the Launch You logo of your dashboard. From there, you will see a list of all our past training sessions.

You can use the search bar to find a specific training session or filter by date to find sessions from a certain time period. Once you have found the session you are looking for, simply click on it to access the recording.

We highly recommend taking advantage of our archived training sessions to get the most out of your Launch You membership.
