How do I cancel my subscription?

To request a cancellation of a subscription, you need to follow these steps.

  1. Send your cancellation request to our support team via email at [email protected] from the email address that you have on your account profile (so we can identify your account), or from the Help Bubble on the bottom left corner of your account.

  2. Clearly state that you would like to have the subscription cancelled and confirm which subscription(s) you are referring to, especially if you have multiple ones.

  3. Check out your email address and/or the support bubble for a reply, provide any details/clarifications that you might have been requested to send and remain in communication with our support desk team until all is confirmed and completed.

  4. Note: Any cancellation request should be sent at least 3 days prior to the due date, so our team has a chance to stop the process in time. Recurring payments do not qualify for a refund, so time is of the essence. If you are charged again before the case is addressed, you will have access to the resources for the entire paid period.
