If you have a domain registered with us and you want to transfer it to another registrar, you will want to reach out to our support desk, as we can provide step by step guidance based on your account configuration and your domain name status for a smooth process, to avoid loss of data(eg: website, email messages).
As a rule of thumb, if you have a website built on your domain, that does not get automatically transferred with the domain itself, a full archive of the files will be provided upon request by our Customer support members.
