Is there any way you could let me know when my accelerate subscription will expire?

While we can’t access personal subscription details on your behalf, this article will walk you through how to find your expiration date and understand what determines your ongoing access.

The Accelerate Membership is a premium upgrade within Launch You, and its availability depends on Your Purchase Terms – If you enrolled in Accelerate as a paid upgrade, the length of your subscription will depend on your original payment plan (e.g., monthly, annual, or limited-time access).

How to Check Your Accelerate Subscription Status

To see the current status of your Accelerate membership:

  1. Log into your Launch You account at https://app.launchyou.com

  2. Click on the nine dots switcher on the top bar and then select Account from the options there.

  3. Look for the Billing section on the left hand side menu and then click on the Manage Billing.

Locate the Accelerate subscription details to confirm if it’s active and, if applicable, when it will renew or expire.

You will also find in the Documents section (same left hand side menu) the contract that you signed and all the details and the elements included in your plan.
