How to Submit Feedback on Mentors Platform

Thank you for choosing Mentors as your learning platform! We value your feedback and appreciate you taking the time to share it with us. Your feedback helps us improve our platform and provide a better learning experience for all our users.

Please submit this using the Feedback form in your Mentors account, so it can be registered, logged and prioritised by our developers.

It would be really helpful if you also mentioned the device you are on, if you are experiencing any bugs, the operating system you are using (Windows, iOS if you're on Apple) and the browser that you are using, to give as much information as possible.

To ensure that we can address your feedback as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide as much information as you can. ​

You can also record short videos to give us an even better understanding of the issue. To do this, we recommend using Loom, a free screen recording tool.

To record a video using Loom, follow these steps:
​Step 1: Install the Loom Chrome extension or desktop app

Step 2: Open the page or feature you are experiencing issues with

Step 3: Click on the Loom extension or app to start recording

Step 4: Talk while you record, explaining what you are doing and what is happening

Step 5: Click "Complete Recording" when finished

Once you have recorded your video, simply copy and paste the URL into your feedback form. Our developers will review the video and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
