What should we do if we can't post a question on the mentors feed under the Accelerate group?

Character Limit

When using our platform, it's important to keep in mind that there is a character limit of around 2000 characters for any message you post. This limit ensures that our platform runs smoothly and efficiently for all users.

If you attempt to post a message that exceeds this limit, it will not be posted. This can be frustrating, especially if you have a lot to say. But don't worry, we have a solution for you!

Splitting Your Comment

We recommend splitting your comment into two parts, using a format like 1/2 and 2/2. This will allow you to post your entire message without any issues. Simply divide your message into two parts and add the corresponding number at the end of each part.

For example, if your message is 3000 characters long, you can split it into two parts of 1500 characters each. The first part would end with "1/2" and the second part would end with "2/2". This will ensure that your entire message is posted without any problems.

Screen Capture Video

If splitting your comment into two parts does not resolve the issue, you can record a screen capture video to show what is happening on your screen. This will allow our support team to better understand the issue and provide further assistance.

Once you have recorded the video, you can share the video URL in your reply to get further assistance. Our support team will review the video and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
