Where to Find Your Webinar Confirmation Email
After registering for a webinar, you should receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to join the webinar. However, if you can't find this email, don't worry! There are a few places you can check to make sure you have all the information you need.
Check Your Spam Folder
Sometimes, emails can end up in your spam folder by mistake. If you haven't received your webinar confirmation email, please check your spam folder to see if it has landed there. If you find the email in your spam folder, make sure to mark it as "not spam" so that future emails from Launch You will go straight to your inbox.
Joining the Webinar Through Your Launch You Calendar
If you can't find the confirmation email, you can still join the webinar at the scheduled time through your Launch You calendar. Simply log into your Launch You account and navigate to the calendar section. From there, you will be able to see all your upcoming webinars and join them at the scheduled time.
Joining the Webinar from the Confirmation Email
If you prefer to join the webinar directly from the confirmation email, you can do so by clicking on the link provided in the email. This will take you to the webinar page where you can join the session at the scheduled time.
