Group admissions are typically processed within 24-48 hours from the time you applied, excluding weekends. If access is not granted after this timeframe, additional support may be required.
If you have been waiting for more than 48 hours and still see the "Pending Request" message, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. Our team will be happy to help you gain access to the group as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend checking your email for any updates or notifications regarding your group request. Sometimes, our team may need additional information from you in order to approve your request. If this is the case, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
