How can I update my Launch You billing information or pay for an overdue invoice?

To change your card details or pay for an overdue invoice, please follow these steps from your Launch You dashboard:

1. Log in to your Launch You account.

2. Navigate to the Account Settings section, which you can find by clicking on the nine dots switcher on the top bar of your account.

3. Once in Account Settings, select the Billing tab from the left hand side menu.

4. In the Billing section, look for the Manage Billing option and click on it.

5. Here, you will see the Invoices section where all your billing statements are listed.

6. Locate any outstanding invoices that need payment (scroll down the page).

7. To update your payment method, select the option to edit or update your card details.

8. Enter your new card information and save the changes. If you want to have the new card used for all the future payments please make sure to mark it as Default.

9. After updating your payment details, you can proceed to pay any overdue invoices directly from this section by selecting the invoice and following the prompts to complete the payment.
