At Launch You, we value member satisfaction and believe that you should be happy with any purchase you make. That being said, we also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t work out as planned, and that’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee.

Delivery Policy:

As our programs are digital and/or delivered online you receive immediate access upon purchase. For this reason the purchase is considered to be delivered immediately and at the time of your transaction.


How Long Refunds Take:

Once we've confirmed your refund request in writing, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 business days. To ensure the refund is processed smoothly and valid, please make sure to send your refund request to our support team via our support desk, or via email at [email protected] and clearly state that you would like to have the product refunded.

Please keep in mind that sending a refund request to any other email address or place will not be processed, so please ensure to use the designated email address or ticketing system. If you have any questions or concerns about the refund process, feel free to reach out to our support team and we'll be happy to help.

Modern Wealthy:

Members have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for the Modern Wealthy program. Any refund request after 30 days will not be honored. You may cancel at any time by logging in to your member area and submitting a ticket to customer support (https://app.launchyou.com) or by sending an email to [email protected].

LaunchPad:

Members have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund for LaunchPad. Any refund request after 30 days will not be honored. You may cancel at any time by logging in to your member area and submitting a ticket to customer support (https://app.launchyou.com) or by sending an email to [email protected].

Lift Off:

Refund is offered upon express request sent to the Support Desk via the platform's Help bubble on the bottom corner, within 30 days from purchase.

Subscription Purchases:

All subscription-based products and services require automatic recurring billing, which is non-refundable and will not be prorated as the service is deemed used when accessed. You may cancel at any time by submitting a ticket to customer support or by sending an email to [email protected]

To avoid any unwanted charges, we recommend you submit your cancellation request for any subscriptions at least 3 business days before your next billing due date. But if you do happen to miss this recommendation, don't worry! We'll still do our best to assist you and honour any refunds as long as you requested them within the given refund period.

Mentorship, Branding & Implementation Programs

Our mentorship, branding and implementation programs have limited spots and to ensure a fair selection process, all applicants must undergo a screening to determine their suitability and compatibility with the program goals. If accepted, a 3-day reflection period is provided to allow for cancelling the agreement, should either party change their mind.

Accelerate:

Members have 3 days to request a refund upon purchase.

Accelerate With You:

Brand Launch:

Members have 3 days to cancel their purchase and request a refund.

Rapid Launch Pack Bundles

Rapid Launch Pack Silver:

Members have 3 days to cancel their purchase and request a refund.

Rapid Launch Pack Gold:

Members have 3 days to cancel their purchase and request a refund.

Rapid Launch Pack Platinum:

Members have 3 days to cancel their purchase and request a refund.

Additional Products And Services:

Members have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any other products and services not listed above, unless stipulated at point of purchase. Any refund request after 30 days will not be honored.

Any third-party products we provide/offer, can not be refunded. These include: domain name purchases, Convertri subscriptions, Content Manager orders & any DBL hosting subscriptions.

Ambassador Subscription Fees:

Ambassador platform fees are non-refundable.
