We know how excited our affiliates are to start cultivating leadership, sharing their gifts with the world, and gaining hard-earned recognition while rising through the ranks.

We also know that with all that excitement comes questions. That's why we've put together this resource โ€“ a dedicated space for FAQs that will grow and evolve in time.

Who is eligible for the Launch You Leadership Program?

All active Ambassadors ($29/month) are eligible for the program.

How will Launch You determine access to Ambassador Status and Mentors Grow?

Our tech wizards will run monthly reports to determine the Leadership status of all our affiliates. If an affiliate qualifies for a comped monthly subscription, we will automatically update their Stripe account by placing or extending a pause on that subscription.

If I reach a new milestone, will I stay at that Leadership level indefinitely?

Leadership levels are determined monthly. That means to keep your status, you need to meet all the qualifications for that level every month.

For example, the L2 milestone is 25 active members. If you hit that milestone but only have 20 active members the following month, you will move down to L1.

How do I access new perks when I reach the next Leadership level?

If you're given access to a Launch You product for the first time, your account will be updated automatically.

If you are eligible for Launch You swag, to speak at an event, got invited to a VIP experience, or have earned brand-related assets like professional photos, a press release, or a video shoot, a team member from Launch You will reach out.

What if I already own a product that I'm given access to?

If you already own a product listed as a perk of your Leadership status, we will extend the lifetime of that product for as long as you remain at that level. In other words, you won't have to renew.

However, we will not give refunds on purchases made prior to qualification.

Example: If you purchased Accelerate in January and hit L3 status in March, we are unable to refund you for the cost of Accelerate. However, you will have continued access to Accelerate (no renewal required) for as long as you maintain L3+ status.

Why did I lose access to a Launch You product or perk?

If you lost access to a Launch You product, you most likely leveled down. As a reminder, you must stay within the qualification criteria for each level to maintain access to the corresponding perks. Please check the Launch You Leadership Program page to see these qualifications.

Do I get the same perks and benefits if I hit the same level twice?

Yes and no. Some perks and benefits get restored, like access to Launch You products, access to the Virtual Leadership Masterminds, and the ability to train the Ignite Ambassador Community.

Other perks, like brand assets, Launch You Swag, in-person events, or bucket-list experiences, are only fulfilled the first time you hit a milestone.

What is the 10 for 10 Mastermind?

You will receive an invitation to the 10 for 10 Mastermind when you hit L1. This event immerses you in a hands-on environment with result-driven individuals where you can shatter the glass ceiling and unlock your true potential. You'll spend two days surrounded by forward-thinking leaders who have fully committed to the journey and achieved measurable results. Learn more on the Launch You Leadership Program page.

Are meals and accommodations provided at the 10 for 10 Mastermind?

Two lunches and one evening dinner are included; travel and lodging are not.

What are Virtual Leadership Masterminds?

You gain access to Virtual Leadership Masterminds when you hit L1. These Masterminds are an opportunity to rub elbows with our top earners weekly. Learn the most relevant money-making skills from Affiliates one step ahead while guiding those following in your footsteps.

What is the Leadership Achievement Badge?

The Leadership Achievement Badge is a special form of recognition you get when you reach L1. This badge gets seen by the whole community on the Mentors platform and at live events, where your status will be displayed.

Do I have to purchase a Momentum Day ticket if I get invited to the VIP Mastermind Experience?

Yes. You will need to purchase a Momentum Day ticket, but there is no cost to attend the VIP Mastermind Experience, held on the evening of the event.

In addition to the Mastermind, you will get free VIP transportation and seating.
